3 pts is always the goal but it's been a respectable performance from City and they still have a couple of gears to switch into once they play a bit more in the final third and/or bring Sane on to widen the pitch more. Of course, Salah will continue to be a danger but so far Mendy & Laporte have pretty much nullified him - save for the early attempt that was just wide

Very happy with that first half (excluding the predictable officiating bias). Liverpool try to kill you in the first half hour, and they usually succeed. We’ve kept ourselves in the game and now they’ve burnt themselves out. We’re in the better position going into the second half.

Klopp will probably change the front three at some point. Hopefully we’ll see Sane come on later to test Lovren’s legs. This is the best we’ve played here for some time! I’ll take a point all day long. Don’t take unnecessary risks. A point is a far better result for us than for them.

All a bit shit, but happy with a dull 0-0 at half time considering recent trips over to them lot. Just hope we get a few sniffs in the 2nd and bag a few and get a clean sheet. Happy days if we can. COYB.

Just popped into say the ref like the champions league game Tuesday night trying to help the opposition at every turn,how is that not a pen,all about game management from that cnut to frustrate us throw the persistent fouling without cards for them we won’t be allowed to win this at all costs..
