This is so frustrating from our subs. They won’t start more matches if all they think when they get the ball is “I’m going to shoot no matter what happens around me”. Yet if they play for the team, they’ll probably find themselves being selected more often.

Therein is the problem, they aren’t accountable to anyone. That needs to change and quick, a teams future could depend on one of their “wrong calls” yet they can just plod on, they should at least be made to explain their actions post match.
