8 minutes is just the average time the ball is actually out of play from making a standard set of substitutions, a few players going down for physio (Odegaard), stoppages for goal kicks etc. It is not at all exceptional, some games will see 15-20 minutes this year.

Yeah, Kova has been great, but he's different to Gundo. Better driving runs but not so much on the creative passing and intricate final third play.

Yep, the fucking irony. They should count each team's timewasting, and if you're losing, you only get the time that the other team wasted.

Spot on. This will happen to us plenty at the etihad winning by one goal after 90 mins of anti football by certain clubs and then we will face 10 mins of injury time.

If that is 8 minutes, we will be playing 20 in some games

The first few weeks of the season will see loads of additional time played,it won't be adhered to as strictly as the season progresses.

Unless Arsenal,Liverpool or united need a goal.
