They’re soaking it up a lot better. What they’re doing is letting City defenders come up, they don’t tackle until the last moment. They don’t even press even if your close. The signal for them looks like when a city CB pushes high up before they try and get it back as it’s so narrow that it’ll be hard to play a pass through.

City are used to teams closing up shop against them particularly at the Etihad but this team do it better than any other I have either seen.

They are be far the best at it snuff out the opposition..we need to play a bit quicker in the final third their defence is not really being troubled..
