Sure Rodri made the most of the contact by grabbing his face.

He was clearly back kicked in the Knee though, you clearly see his thigh muscle ripple after contact.

It was still actually penalty.

We have had them given against us for defenders just touching a Shirt.

I agree, it was also apparent that the view they repeatedly showed the ref was from the front which didn’t show the contact...

I remember some poor officiating in the Liverpool City game and the Spurs one wasn’t great either. Way I see it is refs are obviously gash but I’d rather benefit from them then be on the other end of it.

Bile? They're completely correct it was a horrendous decision not to simply wait 2 seconds before blowing, of all the claims of corruption this place loves to theorise, that's the most compelling bit of evidence you'll likely ever see to to back those claims. The only thing is it went in our favour.

That was very poor.

This midfield has to have the ball, it is not built to be chasing. Rodri and Gundogan (who looks a stone overweight again)look slower than they have all season because they are having to chase runners too much. If it is going to continue like this Fern has to come on.

We need more from our creative players. Apart from the goal, we have barely put anything of note together. Too much slow backwards passing with very little cutting edge.

Dortmund are a decent outfit, and better than most of the sides we face week in week out in the Prem. That being said, they aren’t one of the strongest teams left in the comp. A better side will punish the lackadaisical attitude we have shown in that opening 45.
