All you've seen of the "touring" though is 102 minutes of football so far. Have you been with the team to witness everything else that is involved in preseason? Training, tactical sessions, team building, hot tub sessions to name a few :) Give over mate, it's hardly a clusterfuck.

If you think any of that makes a team match fit then so be it, you win, I honestly can't be bothered mate, you're precious about it because you live there and want to see City so fair enough, enjoy the match.
