This is how Pep instructs our 10s to play.

They go where the space is, if the winger and fullback are tucked in, then they go wide.

We've been doing this for years.

Problem is there isn’t much space so for me this tactic doesn’t work. If Bernie sat deeper & central they would have to send 2 players out to stop Bernie which frees up space. That’s how I see it but to be honest I would trust pep more! Lol

I for one appreciate how reliable Mahrez has become for City. It's not just the amount of goals he's scored, it's the moments he's doing it now too. He's been a great signing overall now.

We seem just a little seem jaded though it's not for a lack of trying, especially foden who seems to have more zip than the rest even if his touch is off.

We're going to concede a goal of we continue like this. We could do with more crosses I think, just need to get through the brick wall of Brentford

Happy to be 1-0 in front at half time. Dominating the game and a few nice passes but not at our best. Brentford do look like they can be dangerous on the break so lets get another one early doors to break their spirit.

We’re a bit blunt up front.
Some of the passing isn’t accurate or quick enough, but we are starting to get at them.
Can see them tire if this goes on and maybe another mistake in them.
