Their goal gets worse each time I see it. Akanji and Laporte getting done on a goal you’d see at an U9s game.
Yes, agree. There’s a few on here want to blame Stones for it though. Concerning for me was the two cross field passes later in that half where Cancelo got easily beaten aerially too. I think Brentford will continue with the aerially attacks this half.
 
He stayed on his feet then threw himself to the ground if he'd gone down straight away it would of been a pen but his actions showed there wasn't enough contact to impede him and its a contact sport.
You could also argue the defender bumped him with no attempt to play the ball
 
Hopefully Brentfod dont catch us cold second half.

They will come out at speed try and get a 2nd goal to defend for the next 40 minutes.

I hate those kind of pens anyway. Brush past someone and get a pen.
Clearly if it's in the last min and we need a goal I'm screaming for it but overall I just think it leads to loads of shit decisions and players throwing themselves around.
