Our defence and midfield are all over the place wtf going on

Not sure what it is with Jack, but it seems like he telegraphs his crosses and shots to defenders. Seems like almost every cross or shot his windup gives the defender a chance to get a block in. Not sure what the solution is and I'm sure he's working on it, just something that I've noticed happens all too consistently
