Well it makes a nice change to be going in at HT with the game as good as over.
Thought Stones was very good, he started the 1st 10 mins like he meant business. Was confident and on the front foot and was somewhat dominant in the air, which was surprising against those two big lumps Burnley have up front.
Nice to see Mahrez finally turn up for a game.
KDB pulling the strings as per.
I wish Gundogan wasn’t so obsessed with passing the way he is facing. He got the ball so many times in space with his back to goal and always his 1st instinct is to pass backwards. Prime Merlin would have had a field day out there in the 1st half.
Would like to see more from Torres, he needs to be involved more.
Overall a good half against a turd Burnley. If we could play them every week we would do ok.

We buy a couple of centre backs and Stonesy comes back into form. This is the John Stones of our title seasons.
Tbf he always plays much better when he's had a haircut and doesn't have a black eye.
In all seriousness, he's been great the past couple of games.

ffsSome nice passages of play but punctuated by moments of self-inflicted madness that wouldn’t look out of place on Sunday morning pitches. Mendy, Gundogan, Walker and de Bruyne have all played ridiculous cross field balls that have cheaply surrendered possession and given them free attacks.
