If he was infront of Zaba he would be blocking Joe's view but he's not

Either way the minute he attempted to play the ball he became active and was offside.
 
He definitely touched it and kicked at it anyway. It's a very clear offside even if he had not touched it
 
ref has been fucking shocking all day, we've something like 65% of the possession yet committed 3x as many fouls
