The difference is neither of those were telegraphed. Today he did a weird exaggerated pause and arm movement. He practically told Mendy what he was going to do, with enough time for him to react.

I Don t agree with what he did, but I would never call him names for a missed penalty. The said thing is that, probably, he did it for us, to have a good ending to his story. And look where it took him..
