Interesting observation. I think this boy ain't no Pirlo. I really do not know how he got the Yorkshire Pirlo name. This boy has no presence, whatsoever. Philips does not look like his been in training with City barring that it is first season.

After playing a total of 12 match minutes this season, I feel as though Philips has done fairly well. He has shown some hints of being a quality distributor of the ball. Could do a better job of owning the midfield, but it’s tough when you are comparing him to Rodri

There's a decent player in there.

Phillips obviously suffers in comparison to Rodzilla, but he is pretty sharp on the distribution. Started the move for the goal very quickly.

Not really sure how anyone can criticise this. We’ve rotated the entire squad and are beating a team that’s cost an obscene amount of money.

Despite this 11 never playing together before we look infinitely more a team than the chavs. Fantastic to watch, and actually quite funny.
