Why is this turning out similiar to Mancini's last season in charge? Brilliant the year before, not so brilliant the next

We've battered them, first minute til the sending off. silva too in first half when he kicked Ramires and was already on a yellow, Dean didnt give a second there, but was sure he will give next time and did with Zaba.

Since last week.
every fucking week it seems the same shit. 70% possession yet 3-4 times amount of free kicks given away. Players on our side too honest and staying on their feet and opposition going down at the slightest touch and refs giving them everything. 1 in 2 fouls for us is a yellow, they kick us off the park.
