Our complete refusal to hit the byline fast is what is crippling our creativity. Rather, we dawdle playing sideways and backward passes only to end up aimlessly playing a ball over the top of the defenders into nothing when we run out of idea's.
We've done it many times now. Its my personal belief we are super easy to defend against(or at least setup against) because we lack pace, and also try the same tired stuff over and over(out to wing...cut back to middle...rinse + repeat). This team needs to run in behind and create fear in the opposition. We just dont do that generally anymore...probs because pep believes it leaves us vulnerable from the counter.
