there’s not much going on on the left, everyone’s inside and gvardiol’s just existing there most of the time with not many touches.

I think he’s been fine. It’s just as you said, Palace have ensured the middle is crowded, and as soon as anyone get close to the final 3rd, they press together.

Lewis is playing because he’s constantly on the move, which is the best way to open up a deep, defensive team. He runs in behind, he drops into space, he presses hard when we turn it over. He’s doing fine

Grealish has been my standout player even apart from the goal. I wish we could find him more

Defense is okay but we need to be switched on against quick balls over the top. Gvardiol has been a threat at their end but a few wayward passes

Of course we are controlling the middle of the pack but we need that extra “De-Bruyneesq” passes in and around their box to unlock them
