I really don’t know what has happened to Sterling. There’s just a lack of conviction in pretty much everything he does.

It’s like he was hungry to improve when Pep came, then reached a level he was happy with, and has coasted since. Psychologically it’s very difficult to to get that original hunger back and now he’s been so bad for over a year that he’s low on confidence.

Errr we’re out of subs, 3-0 up and he was rotated last match... but apart from that yeah sub him

I kind of meant earlier, based on lack of effectiveness.
