Our defence is awful
Slow pedestrian pace misplaced passes
Getting concerned now
 
I could defend that left side against bernie and mahrez...two of the most predictably left footed players in the history of the sport. Zero balance. Palmer would be a better option if bernardo is out there cutting in over and over.
 
I think after watching the last two matches, Ake has to be the first name on the team sheet when fit.

We're just not creating anything.

Bernardo has lost all his creativity and guile and seems to prefer just being a workhorse.
Mahrez is invisible as usual in these kind of nasty games against lower league oppo.
Foden is stuck on the touchline because we don't have a left back.
KDB is being well marked.

I don't know why Pep thought Gundogan should sit this game out. He is exactly the player we need to break down a defence like this. Grealish being out doesn't help.
