Said it last week when our fullbacks are playing in midfield, we need to be playing another holding midfielder next to Rodri. We look way too open.

Poor defending from us (we have to accept that with Pep in charge) better defending from Palace. That is the difference. The first one was fortunate for Palace (De Brunye's first minute chance before that). Can't fault our attacking play as always we are trying to create chance regardless on how poorly we are playing as team (one of Pep's positive traits).

Sat here in block 211 and can not see where a goal is coming from. We are basically clueless.

Rather pathetic from us, conceding early with a completely avoidable goal against a team we have struggled against recently...not remotely clever.
Ederson needs benching, was poor most of last season and continuing that form. Great assist last week though for Newcastle's opener with his pass straight to their defender. Useless goalkeeper.
