Never been so uninspired by a manager in my life. I've just finished Zlatan's book and some of the managers he has worked for, Capello, Mourinho, Mancini. They are all leaders, generals who take respect. What do the players think when they see Pellegrini? It isn't fear that's for certain.

Think Sorriano and Begiristein are trying to employ that school like feeling they had at Barcelona where all of the players and management are a nice little team.
