Akanji wasn't marking Calvert-Lewin, so Lewis had to come in a little to cover. Then Akanji fluffed clearing the cross.

Any blame on Lewis should be directed towards Akanji on this occasion.

Agreed, but Pep should swap Doku and Savinho and let them put crosses in with their natural foot. It seems logical to me.
