It’s hard to fathom what’s behind our form falling off a cliff and the best manager in the world unable to stop the rot or even influence a game with tactical changes or subs. It’s fucking baffling and I’ve never seen this happen to any team before…from the highest highs down to the pits. Unbelievable.

Injuries, including to the one player pivotal to how we play. Tiredness from almost no breaks because of too many internationals between all the league and cup games. Players getting old and losing form/ability.

However, all this has caught us up because of a refusal to spend on players good enough to replace our legends.
