We just don’t learn. There is a reason that teams score against us with nearly every attack they have. It’s because that defence doesn’t belong in this league. Tasking Gundogan to protect that backline is like trying to put a sticking plaster on a dam that has already collapsed.

The reason we concede is because when teams break on us our full backs re usually in the opposition half.
