If the players off the ball speeded up, I’m sure we’d pass it to them quicker, but hard to find angles isn’t it.

Sky picked up on the lack of pressing when ball lost, eg from Rodri, as being another issue.

he looked great last week but looks fucked this week...maybe we can only play him every 3 or 4 games

we were 1 up dominating the game but constantly trying to score as if we are loosing the game. Happens a lot.

why don’t we shuffle the pack once we score & let teams come at us so we can break ????

Why is Walker playing at wing back, he offers fuck all going forward and then is not in position for their counter attacks.

We already know Fernandinho cant deal with counter attacks from last season but he seems to be the one covering that right back position, its baffling by Pep.

Have Walker sit next to Garcia and let Mahrez hug the right touch line for the width.

well, scored early doors and didn't push on. Too slow up front and it seems every time Raz plays as the No9, he looks out of the game. As the half progressed they came more into it & looked more dangerous on the break. Ferny misses a sitter with a free header and 2 minutes later, easy equaliser for them. Saw a lot of that last season.
Need to do a lot better 2nd half.

we gift goals because we ask a lot of defense by allowing offense such priority. Whole point is to score goals and if the offense can’t do it, then you’re making a big risk trade off for little return. The system only works if the offense scores.

Was just about to post the same, it happens at Barca, if the offence fuck up and lose possession then they too can be countered and opened up

Mendy can’t do anything attacking wise and he can’t get back , and he can’t defend I know he’s had 2 bad knee injuries but all he does is lose the ball or pass it back to the left sided centre back.
We need a left back ffs
