It’s been said many times, but these refereeing “performances” aren’t coincidental, or “incompetent”. Happens far too often, mainly in games concerning us, seemingly to disrupt the way we play. That’s why it was a breath of fresh air, seeing the performance by the officials against Madrid. It goes well above “incompetence” with with our shower.
