That goes without saying but doesn't mean he hasn't got this badly wrong.
That I agree with, I can not understand why he chose to start this game as he did, and I welcome any explanation and/or analysis from someone here. Seriously.

Laporte was fouled by the goal scorer in the build up.the goal scorer was onside, the ball went through the offside players legs, he never touched it.
