Very good going forward not as convincing defensively.

Keep our forward play going and tighten up a bit at the back and should be a comfortable win.

I wouldn’t hook Mahrez off too early. It’s just the way the game has gone, it’s all down the other flank. But we worked it well for Mahrez twice (or should have done). The first Mahrez forced a good save and the second was that counter at the end when Kev should have passed to him. If we work it right, Mahrez is our avenue to a 3rd, but we need to switch it better after working some passes on the other side.

We are playing deeper just as Pep said. Trying to stretch United and nullify the breakaway. It is partially working. Lots of stuff down the left, I would like a bit more balance and Mahrez involved more. Curates egg performance from Kev. He has broken their lines a couple of times but is giving the ball away too much. I thought the Maguire/Foden incident was a nailed on penalty to us.

Pep will sort it half time that's all the scum can do, that's the best they can do today we have more left in us .

i would put sterling on. we're lacking a bit of pace in the team
