Perhaps @SamBlue is right and we are trying to negate their tactics.

Still, I think Mourinho’s strategy for this was to keep it as close as possible through 70 minutes and then bring on Sanchez, Lukaku, and Mata and see if they can score one or two to get a result.

Unfortunately, Sergio is the prime offender when it comes to shooting from improbable angles.

I was shouting at my tele (and missus) for him to square it for an easy goal but I knew, deep down, he was always going to shoot.
