The failure to mark Fernandes was very poor and then Stones / Walker were either marking fresh air or couldn’t be bothered running back.

It was well worked from their perspective but if we had marked Fernandes then it doesn’t happen.

We look well off it physically and probably being on the piss for two days is the real explanation for it.

Could have waited until tomorrow to go on the piss and we’d have pissed this game …….

It’s not a bad performance as we dominated and these cunts have sat in and made hay from an error and a reasonably worked goal (that we should have learned from as it’s all they’ve got in the locker).

Don’t think today’s formation is what we need though, Kev and Phil have been bystanders and can’t get involved to any great degree. Kovacic and our midfield in general on the ball too much and not doing anything with it.

The only positive is that we have a half time break to shake ourselves up, reset and get out there for a proper balls out performance.

If we are going to lose go out gung fucking ho. Get the next goal and let’s see what happens.
