We have a good record at buying the occasional dud, Fernando, Bony, Mangala, Javi Garcia, Rodwell.

We should already be planning for next summer and recruitment of a left back, commanding central midfielder and a striker, all with excellent fitness records.

Whatever the cost we need to get the best. Not doing so will confirm we are no longer shopping with the top teams in europe.

Dias, Laporte, Ake, Walker and Stones are a decent set, but no fit/decent left back is killing us week after week.

Cancelo is an alright back up for right back, but Mendy can't be trusted for form or fitness, and there really is no one else at left back. We shouldn't be using Ake at left back, he's part of the centre half set.

Nah, not having Javi Garcia in that list. Well under rated IMO. Lot’s of huge wins with him in the team, and knew how to shepherd a player to the wing.
