Just brewed up myself. The milk turned quicker than our midfield

The problem we’re having is that the midfield aren’t keeping control of the ball and dictating play in the last third of the pitch. We’re relying on off the cuff moments and the forwards therefore only have scraps.

When we were at our best Silva and De Bruyne would make sure we kept the ball and that they constantly tried to feed in the wide players.

Instead Gundogan and Rodri keep receiving the ball in deep positions, too far to link in with the forwards, and because we then lose the ball due to isolated forwards, we then end up in an end to end situation.

We cross a lot, get Delap on there becuse Sterling aint gonna make a header next to Pepe and co.

He’s not on the bench. I’d like to see Cole Palmer get some time. Think he’s got the minerals.
