I thought the conditions would suit us much more but maybe apart from Foden for us their style of nimble, quick-footed players has caused us more problems and nearly exploited the difficult footing.

I don't really want to take Dinho off yet, let him get his yellow card, then we can hopefully bring Rodri on who can hurt them more on the transitions. I'm not sure which team will tire first, we are working hard defensively but PSG are doing a lot of running and piling forward, not exactly letting the ball do the work. They looked frustrated at times if anything.

We are making them do some seriously hard recovery runs after they pile forward. We have given them the ball too easily on occasions, leading to promising attacks for them. If we can contain them for first 25 mins of 2nd half, we will frustrate them and the nastiness will appear.
The nastiness has already started from that lot. Problem is we can be very naive

Yep. I wouldn't mind seeing Jesus on and Gundogan dropping back with Foden going into midfield though, their best work has been deep and central.

I'd love to just have some movement in and around the box when we get the ball there

Against a well organised defence the lack of a centre forward sticks out like dogs balls. We only really look like scoring from around or outside the box at the moment

Really good performance that inspite of the pitch and their constant diving. We must be careful of bookings now .

Decent half but we need to sharpen up our passing a bit and keep possession a bit better. Defence and Foden have been the star performers for me. Gundogan doesn't look quite right to me today and doesn't seem to be moving very freely.

If we can keep the ball a bit better and tire them out more, we should win this.
