I hate to say it but performances like this are the reason why I think we will ultimately fall short of major silverware this season.

We can play the very best sides off the park and we’ve shown we can dominate them on their own patch. Unfortunately we are toothless as fuck.

PSG should no longer be in this game. Just like Liverpool should have been dead and buried at Anfield at half time. The difference is that we need 5 clear chances to score a goal. You just know that if any of the PSG or Liverpool strikers get 1 chance, they score.

That said, what a performance that first half was and full credit to Pep for coaching this side to this level. It’s like watching peak Barca play sides off the park without the goals.

Way more positives than negatives. Very happy with the overall performance tonight and a million miles from the dull affair I predicted prematch. Wouldn't be surprised if my 1-1 FT score prediction comes through though.

This is so nerve wracking and frustrating..
Mahrez has been brilliant but a mixture of incredible defending by PSG and our usual lack of clinical finishing could see us unstuck here tonight again.
You can see the Pep plan in his team choice and we are really playing it well stretching them from side to side, but we’re only one mistake away from messing this up again.
Cancelo is great going forward and whips in very dangerous balls but he is a worry when they attack us down that flank.

Please please please City find an early goal from somewhere second half and calm my nerves.

Dominated them but with that front 3 they can literally find a goal from nothing. They've made some tremendous blocks and on another night we could have a couple of goals already.
So we limit that front 3 to nothing.
