I like Akanji running forward with the ball where the circumstances allow but he's not the player I want the ball to fall to on the edge of the box.

Every single time we play Akanji in midfield, he never ends the game in midfield as we realise it kills us. So why do we use it at all? It’s just a waste of time. It’ll be the same again today. Akanji’s role will change in the 2nd half, you can bet your life on it.

If the rest could show some of what Jack’s trying to do by driving at the defence we’d be much more comfortable.
