I’m not going to say we deserved that because we dominated the first half. However, this sloppy finishing is going to cost us soon.

We waste far too many chances and I’m not sure whether it’s a slight drop in hunger from last season.

We’re creating MORE chances than we did last season. Do we do that if there’s a drop in hunger? I doubt it. We’re missing chances because our players that are usually on the end of the chances are not in good form infront of goal. But in terms of attempts/chances, we are creating more than last season. If anything, I’ve been surprised by how hungry we still look so far this season. Missing a chance isn’t a lack of hunger.

Sees a gap, goes through it by run or pass.

None of this contemplation and passing back around the sides.
