Well it has been a shite day. Just found out my missus gave me oral herpes.

I wish they’d pass to him more. He comes up with some outrageously creative stuff in the middle but players only spot him taking up the space about 1 in 4 times.

Exactly this. He made at least four good runs in the the half spaces that were completely ignored (I think three of them by Nunes and Gomez, and one by Rodri; I can understand the first two being hesitant to lose the ball, but Rodri should capitalise).

He’s not sure on his position. Rodri has told him to move on to the left a few times. He does create space & looks forward but he just looks a bit unsettled. I think he will be class in a few games
