For years we've been told that haaland isn't a "pep type striker" and someone like alvarez "fits" the formation better. I honestly think regardless of their difference in ability, I think haaland fits the pep philosophy a lot more than alvarez and it's evident when he plays
Alvarez is a winger, we need to stop playing him as a 9.
 
Thinking about my earlier comment. Does Alvarez get the bollocking for playing a through ball, or, as i first thought, Lewis for making the run behind. The number of times we ignore a great run, particularly the last 6 games is really fucking annoying.
