Hinchcliffe seems a wanker on co-commentary when it comes to City.

He’s either trying to be anti-City because he doesn’t want to appear too pro-City but he doesn’t understand how to do it properly/fairly; or he’s just got a massive chip on his shoulder about City for some reason
