Front players need to work more collectively when pressing. Foden sat back in that last move and they sprung through rather easily. There often seems to be one player who is stuck in space and doesn’t go.

We need another because we’re expending more energy than normal.

I feel like we are regulating our efforts which is logical with how thin our depth is right now. Both Nunes and Savinho sre playing really well, and Gvardiol as usual being fantastic.

We need a 2nd and that should be enough if we don't give them any stupid chances.

Positives are savi, Nunes & haalands long legs.

Saints tactically perfect sadly we are not.

We are expecting too much from Kova & Rico. Foden & Bernie really poor that half & constantly leaving midfield wide open with Kova alone who has started to come forward too.

They looked to tire towards the end then but we have to put another body in midfield with Kova otherwise we could be dropping points today.

We have too many players not being aware positionally & is allowing them space.

Teams are only hurting us due to no midfield & saints can pass it quickly
