To be fair, all of (or most of) them played in their last league game, so their being amongst Soton’s “strongest” XI is up for debate.I don't think this is their strongest side?
They've rested Gunn for a start, Ings and Redmond usually start up front, Yoshida & Vestergaard usually at CB, Bertrand obviously suspended.
They're 6 players down from their best XI and 5 of those will come in for the league game.
Not having Gunn out is a downgrade for them, though.
