The most blatant way refs manipulate teams fortunes over a season is the staggering variation in awarding yellow cards. There is always the fall guy who cops for one because the useless whistling wanker failed to book the previous foul that was worthy of one. Bernardo this week. Last week we had Dias booked for a 'foul' that was in no way as bad a foul as Fabiniho, who didn't get booked. Players miss a game or three because refs have little idea about booking one foul and not another.
