He is intelligent and learning his craft but he's just not got the physicality for me to play at the top level. Unfortunately for him he's having to play every week because every other fucker is injured. He'd just get the odd subs appearance otherwise.

In a pep team he needs the right players.

We currently don’t have them. It’s that simple.

You would think he realizes that and maybe changes the system for the players he does have

Teams far too old. Walkers legs are gone and rico simply isn't a defender. Gundo has been a liability since his return. Best bet right now is to stay as close to top 4 until January and put all our eggs in the CL basket

There are teams in the CL that are far better than Spurs, alas. This is shaping up to be a potentially fallow season but one we may have brought upon ourselves with some very poor squad development.
