Sky are advertising this on their site and on TV but there's no option to stream it on NOWTV. Anyone else having this issue?

On nowtv go to Sports and find the Carabao Cup icon, select that and it lists all the matches.

I think sky sports + only works with the sky box, not the app or website, my missus has it on in front room on sky box red button, but i cant access the red button on the sky go app.
