Thing is Haaland never makes any front post runs to get in front of the defenders so the only way to find him is a cross to the far post and it has to be perfect.

An early curled cross like that (rather than going to the by line for a cut back) is refreshing to see. Mixing things up.

In my opinion KDB is the greatest player to play in the premier league. He’s done ok but will get better. He’s playing in pain from his hernia issue, some need to show him the respect he deserves.

Tbh the score line flatters us. If West Ham were any good they could have scored three. We’ve been sloppy in possession, have hardly made a tackle and have been slow and ponderous in build up.

One big positive has been Savinho. He’s been excellent and his first touch for that second goal was Mahrezesque.

If the opposition are 'given' every goal they should have scored, can the same apply to us too?

Every game, the match day threads have Blues totting up every chance the opposition has and then comparing these to the goals we scored. If it was down to chances, we would be top two and may have won the PL a couple of more times.
