Cause they weren’t that good they just parked the bus against us in a friendly.
That’s what I was thinking, it seemed like a training game, attack v defence. They always had a 5-4-1 when we had the ball. Not much attacking intent for a friendly. Ok, they played to their strength(defending) but it was our own fault for not putting them to the sword.

He's got a point though and he did add that maybe he's trying too hard.
Mendy is not going to make a substantial amount of appearances for us if we're being honest.
I must be the only person excited about Angelino. Some of his passing will be key to unlock defences especially if Sane is on the end of them.

No doubt Coady is a nice fella. Loves his dear old mum, is kind to animals, donates to "charidee" and gives up his seat on the bus to little old ladies. But Christ, that accent.

Done petty much what most teams have done against us for the last 7/8 years doesn't mean they ain't good.
