Not for me in that case. Their guy went for the ball, just about got it, didn’t go in with excessive force or anything like that but did catch Jesus. In my book, the touch on the ball means no penalty.Even if there was, it shouldn't matter. A foul is a foul even if you get a tiny touch on it.
