It's a bad decision, but to take a soft free kick and turn it into 2 yellow cards for dissent and a goal from a massive goalkeeping fuck up is our fault.

How the fuck can our captain be booked for dissent? Thought they're allowed to speak to the ref? Unless he (rightfully) called him a cheating ****.
