Doesn't matter how many times they look at the penalty decision, 10, 100, 1000 times, Haaland is still scoring at the Stretford end.
 
Tierney didn’t spit the pen (foul on Stones too) and it’s a good job it was on Oliver on var as he doesn’t like being disagreed with
Yep, deliberate barge by Fernandez into Grealish that put him off the pitch, stonewall yellow card in any other match. Players ranting to the ref several times which is now supposed to be a guaranteed yellow, none of them punished.
 
On the pen:

To me the reason is Hojlund‘s positioning whilst using his arm.

If he’s next to Rodri or directly behind him it’s not given as we know this is extremely common in the box on set pieces.

Hojlund is too far from and on the wrong side of Rodri so his arm is all he can use
Not just use of the arm though was it, he had hold of Rodri's shirt from the furthest point, thus making it impossible to run forward.

It wasn't just the arm blocking that was the problem.
