2017/2018: Gundogan in the starting 11: 22% defeats. Looks like it will be the same this season.

Totally all our own doing. No excuses. That was diabolical. To concede 2 goals from Sunday Pub team style tactics and sloppy passing in CL is criminal. They should be embarrassed by that half performance. Lazy, slow and lethargic. no urgency or care. Get Gundog off that pitch ASAP.
We have no movement apart from the player on the ball.
Jesus had been a damp dishcloth. However, a penalty was given for toothy for EXACTLY the same challenge yesterday.
Get Sane on, Move Razza, move Berni to midfield.
It feels like they’ve just met in the car park prior to playing.
We will do amazingly to rescue this, to be honest, if we manage to get that, it will be a fluke.
Can’t see a win for us now, they’ll just defend those two goals and hit us on the break. We will be very lucky not to concede again.

In all seriousness, we've had an absolute mare. It happens. Got a lot of work to do 2nd half.

Bernardo should be playing centrally, with Gundogan off and Sane on.

Other than that, it's hard to make up for the fact Fernandinho, Delph and a number of others are just plain having a mare.

Almost every player was shit.

Seriously disturbed at the lack of midfield tonight, with the way we've set up all they need to do is press us but not helped by the fact we've made too many individual errors. 2nd half can only get better but I live in hope
 
Too many players taking the ball with their back to goal, or at best side on but with the weight going away from goal. Square passes are always going to lead to trouble, and neither fullback looks entirely comfortable.
 
One thing for sure...we won't end the night as Champions League favorites. Only listening to comms but can't remember a home game where we played like this under Pep. Don't get not playing Sane tonight.

Regressed from what? You actually have to be at a high level in the first place to regress. He’s not that great of a player. And regardless of SWP’s threats, that was a dive.
 
Awful fits half. Looked nervous and slow from the start. Ferny has aged. Gundogan strolled around. Raz cutting in on his right foot. Woeful passing. Can only get better.
 
Sloppiness against an average Lyon side, really poor. I don't understand the thinking behind pushing Bernardo out right after he just had a MoM performance as an 8 just to shoe horn gundo into the team? Gundo hasn't been the worst but sane and aguero (if fit) need to come on asap.
