Walker's not having the best of games so far. Saying that, the whole team needs up it a level. Good test of character this.
 
Very tough. These lot look a decent side.

We need to stay focused and hope to their intensity drops. We have created a couple of decent openings. Kev really should be burying those sort of chances.

That's a bit over the top, goal scoring chances we've been about equal, I think it's just a surprise to most how well they're competing with us. We're not going to walk every game or be on top form for 90mins. This will do us good if we come out of this on top, nobody will be taking Shakhtar lightly after this game, this was their chance to surprise us being an unknown quantity.
 
Very disappointing so far. We've created chances, but they look much more dangerous with the ball than us. They're keeping the ball so well and we have been unable to match them in the midfield.

Walker has been very poor in possession. Repeatedly giving the ball away and several attacking moves have broken down with him. Only Fernandinho and Sane have impressed so far.

Jesus and Sergio have not been involved in the buildup. Should take one of them off and bring on Danilo, moving Delph into the midfield.
 
Should be at least 1 up. That said we're a bit laboured and Shaktar are overloading well on our right and in the centre.
